I just went through this with them, unfortunately. The drivers are covered for 3 years but the cable for only one. They offered me a replacement cable for $100 (edit: this was for the original Sine Cipher cable). You could check if you have extended warranty coverage via your credit card.

The Cipher cable for my closed-back Sine died recently, does anyone happen to know where I could find a replacement? Anyone looking to part with theirs? thanks!

Would there be any issue plugging a Ragnarok into a smart outlet so I can turn it on/off via an Amazon Echo? There's no reason that should cause it any harm, right?   thanks in advance!

How many of you have tried the Gumby with an Airport Express?   Jason and the Schiit website claim the AX should trigger the "buy better gear" light, though mine doesn't. Has anyone noticed the same? I believe I'm using the first generation AX.

  More interesting than the technical differences, however, will be the practical differences. I'm excited to hear what people think, as I'll definitely be picking up one of the two!

I'm using a pair of Philharmonitors (http://philharmonicaudio.com/philharmonitor.html) with my Rag. They're my first legit speakers but I'm really digging them so far. 

I'm about to head to Japan for a couple of weeks and was wondering if there are any great (higher-end) audio stores or record stores that I should check out. I would love to go try out some headphones and equipment that I haven't heard before.    I'll be making stops in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka...
