I feel like I'm not the only one who would rather pay extra to have any items shipped by any other than DHL...

Just received this notification from DHL as I waited for my Purplehearts to arrive: -" Due to damage, the shipment could not be delivered and is being withheld for investigation." I'm completely at a lost on what to do... it's just sad.
