If I hear the same static noise through my speakers on my laptop would that rule out any other hardware issue? (amp, dac, headphones)

And i should mention the track I am testing the noise levels is Fur Elise, which has a ton of noise no matter what I play it off of. For example when I play it on my phone through spotify, it has tremendous noise. Is it possible that song just isn't optimized for HQ playback or what?

Grrr, I'm positive its the laptop because when I disconnect EVERYTHING and play through the speakers, the noise is still there. This is so frustrating I'm all out of ideas. Im going to try to post in my specific laptop forum to see if anyone else has the same problem. Thanks guys.

Noise is the same as before. With that audio file, I can hear noise when the e10 is turned up most of the way, but at halfway the noise is barely audible, but still there. I guess I should re-update all my drivers and try to isolate any interference. D:   EDIT: I just thought about this, but...

Unfortunately guys I tried both the e7 and the e10 and neither fix any noise issue :( Not sure if there's anything I can do now.
