how do i post a pic? the insert image button doesn't work.

Can anyone help me identify a brand of in-ear monitors that has a gray circle with a white or clear V in the gray circle?   One of the drivers is blown and I would like to get it fixed but I don't have any clue of the brand.   Thanks!
