Audio-Technica ATH-DSR9BT/ATH-DSR7BT Bluetooth Headphones (With Digital Drive Technology That Replaces a Traditional DAC)
I recently upgraded from my 7 years old ATH WS99BT to B&W PX7 and it's finally and equal replacement. All the other wireless headphones weren't as good. But I never tried ATH-DSR9BT. Couldn't find local seller.- Martynet

Audio-Technica ATH-DSR9BT/ATH-DSR7BT Bluetooth Headphones (With Digital Drive Technology That Replaces a Traditional DAC)
This sound good. I'm in the process of deciding between ATH-DSR9BT and B&W P7 wireless and will definitely get one of these two. At the moment I have ATH-WS99BT and I'm very happy with them. They are amazing! BUT it took me a while to find the right ear pads where the ear would fit in and I...- Martynet

B&W P7 Wireless - VS - Audio-Technica ATH-DSR9BT
Hi, is there anyone who tried both of these: B&W P7 Wireless and Audio-Technica ATH-DSR9BT? At the moment I have ATH-WS99BT for over two years and they are still FANTASTIC, but I would like to step up a bit and I think the best BT headphones at the moment are these two babies. And I can't...- Martynet

Reply to review by 'martynet' on item 'AUDIO TECHNICA ATH-WS99BT Solid Bass Bluetooth Headphones'
Hi, I have these well over a year now and I have tested many many Ear pads replacements. What I was looking for is that the ear pads would be same size as original ones, but bigger inside, ideally oval shape to fit the ear perfectly. I succeeded after about 10 tries. Here they are...- Martynet

Bigger pads for Audio-Technica ATH-WS99BT
Hi, thanks for reply, yeah I'm using the same pads too at the moment... Tried to find a perfect size on the internet and went through about 4-5 different pairs but came back to HM5 in the end, because they are really most comfortable and the sound is great too. I might customise them in the...- Martynet

ok, so these (Genuine SHURE HPAEC840 Ear pads) are too big... I mean the edge which slides in the gap of the headphones...its diameter is too big :(- Martynet

yeah, sometimes it's not easy to find the specs about the supported BT codecs. That's what took me most of the time when I was comparing different brands. Some of them don't mention it at all on their website...- Martynet

The original cushions are perfect circle outside (which is fine) but inside too instead of oval, which is the main problem. I don't understand why Audio technica didn't think about this when they designed the headphones. If they would make the cusions just 2mm thicker and the inner circle oval...- Martynet

haha..that's funny... It took me about 6 months to decide which BT headphones to buy. My first decision was Logitech UE9000, but I was waiting for other brands what they come up with... Couple of weeks ago I had the same short list like you, BUT at the same moment I found out that iOS devices...- Martynet

OK, so I receiced the ear cushions for my new ATH-WS99BT you recommended to me and they fit perfectly. It's a big difference. No more sore ears after long period of time. Headphones are a bit bigger of course but comfort and great sound is the most important to me. I also ordered another pair of...- Martynet

Hi, I have ATH-WS99BT and they do support BOTH AAC and AptX :) All I wanted was best bluetooth headphones possible and after reading few threads here I decided for ATH-WS99BT. Also because of both codec support as I use iPhone, which uses AAC. Hopefully Apple will support AptX in the future...- Martynet
