I finally got the Arya Organic and they are cool for metal, however they are very revealing and if the recording is flawed it will show. But with crisp productions it is great and the bass is amazing. Not overly done, just with with enough kick to deliver a good slam.

This is exactly what I did for mine (I posted about this long time ago in this thread) and it's really comfy, and cheap.

If you don't want to spend that much on the ZMF Copilot, you can get this which is much cheaper and really does the job. I got it and it makes the Planar very comfortable.
