Best IEM for around 100$...Mostly Alternative Rock :)

I would second that recommendation for the RE0, and although an amp is not necessary, a CMOY amp can be bought for less than $40 on ebay

Would anybody here happen to know of a way to buy this amp in the US? I can't seem to find any good amps for $30-ish.

What's best "closed" HPhones between $100-$250?

ATH-M50, akg 271 although closed are very loose and offer very little sound isolation. I'd say ATH-M50 for gaming as the SRH840 would be too laid back in my opinion for gaming.

    Looking for fun and color

I'd recommend to you the ATH-M50, very comfy and very bright. As for the DT-770 i always felt them to be too laid back, and i found them to be boring but i am sure a lot of people would disagree.

Behringer MA400, Best amp for under $40?

Sorry, wasn't really sure where to post this but seeing as the MA400 is quite a large amp i thought i'd post it here. Anyway, my question basically is, what is the best AMP i can get for under $40? Portability makes no difference as if i were going somewhere i would just use my CX300's...

Full-size H/phone newbies, don't make the same mistake I did.

Woah, how am i just now learning of this! Also, does anyone know how to check whether or not your cans' drivers are angled? I have the ATH-M50.

Going from IEMs to full size headphones: what to expect?

Try the ATH-M50 by Audio Technica. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. (Actually for some reason after auditioning the DT-770's at Guitar Center i was severely disappointed, and yes i did use an amp)

Safe to buy from eBay -- Proaudiomart?

Hi, i am looking to purchase some ATH-m50 cans and was planning on buying them at Guitarcenter for around $160 until i searched ebay and saw them for $60 cheaper! So my question is, as i am planning on using the "buy it now" feature-me being a complete newbie to ebay, how can i tell if a seller...
