IMR Acoustics EDP (Every Day Planar)
I agree with your comment. EDP are very musical by itself, but considering their price they are a miracle. I love 'em.- Ludwig1968

👍🏻 i agree with your tought.During times I owned several SPC cables; the only two brands not prone to oxidation are Linum Cables and Campfire's stock cable. Poor single wires insulation and galvanic effect IMO. 😄👋🏻- Ludwig1968

Electrical conductivity of silver is slightly better than that of copper, but this don't mean much. The main difference is on aesthetic side and is due to metal oxidation. On silver Ag2O forms a thn and regulaar dark layer, on copper the mix of CuCO3 and Cu(OH)2 forms a not good looking greenish...- Ludwig1968

Elysium drivers are different (except the planar) from EDP and PB2 drivers. Maybe better but different. 😄- Ludwig1968

I have both, not a night/day difference and considering the price difference EDP is a miracle. PB2 adds small percussions and background low level nuances. As you said drums are reproduced in a very real mode and so are vocals and even more backng vocals. And they are not fatiguing, after more...- Ludwig1968

Yes,gone back to Symbio WB peels, changed cable (from expensive cryo silver to Penon Neo). Now PB2 sits perfectly in my ears. Sound is now far better. As I wrote before for me they are a better EDP still changing on the better side. At this moment PB2 are for my taste end of the game.- Ludwig1968

After founding a good fit for PB2s they has changd too much. IMHO they are similar and even slightly better than the astounding EDP as drum rendition, vocals and tight and precise bass plus an extended treble response [the only (-) i have found on EDP] due to the twin e-statics. Good work IMR.- Ludwig1968

Just found a reasonably good compromise between fit and sound for my PB2. Penon Neo cable and Symbio W Peels. Before this solution i was concerned about the PB2 fit comfort.- Ludwig1968

Yes, but read only praises from the same few people is odd, at the very least, for a commercial profile. 😉- Ludwig1968

Negative, never had a chance to post a comment. Even on newer posts (showing no comments) i can't comment. Returning later on the post some comments appears, always by the same few nicknames.- Ludwig1968

Hi all, someone here has ever tried to comment an Instagram post on IMR profile? When I try to leave a comment Instagram notifies "comments on this post are not allowed" although there are under every post some appreciation comments, always by the same few nicknames. This is quite strange to me. 🤔😄- Ludwig1968

They are all the same IMO, they have only different colors. I'm using dark-translucent/orange. Very cool.- Ludwig1968
