Headset/Amp suggestion for PC gaming/music
The 50x are what you want. They are decent, warm and cheap. Sound cards are going to depend on what you are doing and what you want to spend. Run over to newegg or Amazon and just look at the reviews. You are going to have to decide based on your motherboard slots available, driver availability...- LosslessLoss

A bit lost: IEMs comparable to JVC FXH30 (around $50, for classical only)
This. Price is right and has the signature you are looking for. I will warn you that the build quality of SoundMagic stuff can be questionable. They are good about taking shipments back and replacing your stuff but as a customer you will likely be the front line of QA as well. This being said...- LosslessLoss

Best Bluetooth earbuds/IEMs for iPhone?
I have had Jaybird BT products and I was happy with the build quality, sound, and battery life over cost. Their higher end products probably top out your price range but if they suit you I would reccomend it.- LosslessLoss

Headset/Amp suggestion for PC gaming/music
Just grab a set of ATH-M50 which should have all the bass you want, a bag and cable options, and if you don't have a good sound card in your computer get one of those and any little amp should do. I use a Topping NX3 right at my desk and I can also toss it in my pocket on my way out. I'm not an...- LosslessLoss

Closed back headphones with decent isolation
I have purchased not less than 3 sets of earbuds from SoundMagic and I can say based on evidence that the build quality of the product you get from them can vary wildly. If you call them out they seem to have no issue making good on the issue by replacing whatever you are unhappy with, but...- LosslessLoss

Introducing my self
Don't apologize for your bad English. I am American and Brits give us non-stop attacks for our accents and improper English. The fact that the world has a common tounge is a good thing even if not perfected. Welcome to the forums.- LosslessLoss

Portable DAC/AMP that allows for making/receiving phone calls?
How do you connect to your laptop and phone? Cable, Bluetooth, etc. Which cable and which version of BT? What type of output are you using from your amp to your IEM? Are any if these variable options?- LosslessLoss

Is sound quality affected by Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) in modern earphones?
Logically it has to since the technology is actively producing noise at audible frequencies.- LosslessLoss

Using both soundbar and headphones?
1. You are saying you want a "cheap" soundbar. If cheap is your goal, I imagine stereo analog output will not be your limiting factor. 2. Stereo headphones can be run on that 3.5mm analog output, so why not do that if needed? 3. You could always just use a splitter or a switch ...- LosslessLoss

New Member Introductions thread
I have been looking around here for years but never posted or registered until today. I used to be into car audio as a punk kid but as I have grown older I came to realize that a car is probably the WORST possible place to try and produce any quality audio. I since have been getting into the...- LosslessLoss
