Lotoo PAW S2 USB DAC AMP 150 mW@32 ohm 4.4 , MQA - New Firmware released 26 January 2.0.0.5 link added first post.
Worked out to be about a $50SGD which essentially equates to 4-day FedEx delivery to Australia at no extra cost. I’ve bought from Jaben on numerous occasions before when they had a bricks & mortar store in Melbourne, so happy to support them again.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
I've long since sold the WM1A; don't miss it one bit. Paired with the balanced Kimber cabled N3, the ZX300 is just sheer portable bliss.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
You need to press both play/pause button and Vol Down until you see red and blue lights flashing. Then it's ready to pair. Everything else is quite simple on the ZX300.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Yup, and if you're considering a screen protector, go with OEM Sony, as it has the same matt finish we all seem to enjoy on the ZX300.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Ummm nope, DAP tucked away in pocket, remote tethered to cable or simply in hand as it's light enough. The remote's 4-way control pad is easy to discern what function you're pressing. It's incredibly useful. And not entirely sure how a case will help identify the difference between...- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
My only quibble with the ZX300 is its combination of rounded edge and flat buttons make it hard to locate the correct controls when it's tucked away, whereas it was very easy with the WM1A. I'm sure it's just a matter of getting used to it. And the NWS20 remote solves a lot of those issues.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
I have both, and since picking up the ZX300, my WM1A has been sitting on the shelf. I know people always like to perceive a noticeable difference in sound to justify price difference, but between these two, negligible.- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Would you even venture so far to consider IEMs? I have both LCD2 (rev2 with 22awg Alo cryo cable) and TH900 (with balanced Silver dragons) and found the Sony XBA-N3 with MUB-M12SB2 Kimber 4.4mm cable to be an amazing portable accompaniment to my larger cans. The sonic signatures are not to...- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Sony have really hit a purple patch in recent years; I’ve also been a fan of every Walkman incarnation, and the Zx300 sounds and feels worthy of the ES designation. The form factor and feel in the hand is utterly divine, much like my DD-9 quartz. As for cases, my personal opinion is that Sony’s...- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Additional drivers don’t always mean a better listening experience. In fact, my N3 with the Sony/Kimber balanced cable has been been a far more enjoyable listening proposition than my multi-driver JH Audio Layla II UIEMs. Some of it comes down to ergonomics but the N3 is an amazing little...- Lord Mike

All good, I had forgotten the pairing sequence (holding down play/pause and Vol Down at the same time until the red/blue lights flash) All connected now, phew!- Lord Mike

SONY NW-WM1Z / WM1A
You're an absolute lifesaver. I discarded my box/paperwork; so I totally forgot the steps when it came to pairing it with my ZX300! Thank you, crisis averted!- Lord Mike

Sony NW-ZX300
Is anyone having problems connecting their nws20 to their ZX300? Mine's the Asia/Aussie option, but I get a "COULD NOT CONNECT" message after a short attempt at connecting. My WM1A has absolutely no problems connecting to it though...- Lord Mike
