New Zen Micro Firmware 1.10.02
Unless they've changed the description since I last checked, this only adds Russian to the languages and a couple other minor changes, not the standby time.- link247

The Zen micro- i want a straight answer
Mine worked like a charm until the jack problem. Including my first Micro, I had 3 that got the problem. Everything else worked fine....recognition, battery life etc. I'm now enjoying my wonderful (problem free) iRiver h10- link247

iRiver H10 or iPod Mini 6GB
My 3rd Zen Micro's headphone jack broke today, and I've decided to make the switch to either the iPod Mini or the H10. I can get both for about the same price (H10=$348 price match at Future Shop, less $30 mail-in rebate=$367 inlc. tax, iPod Mini 6GB=$368). Weighing all factors, I think the...- link247

Samsung YH-820
Sounds good. The only concern I have is about the battery life. It's rated at 8 hours, but when reading the CNET review of the 512/1GB flash player Samsung has released, also with a Li-Ion battery rated at 8 hours, CNET got 11.5 hours out of it. I know that the YH-820 is an HD player so things...- link247

Samsung YH-820
Does anyone own/have an opinion on this player? I was browsing through the Future Shop website and was amazed at all the features Samsung crammed in to this thing. Is the battery life decent (says 8 hours but can you get more or do you get less)? What about transfer speeds?- link247

I'm gonna buy Rio Carbon, I have two choices, help me pick one
All the extended warrenty is (at least in Canada) is an extention to the manufacturers warrenty. For example, I own a Zen Micro. If the headphone jack breaks after 1 year (the manufacturers warrenty), I can still bring it back to the store and either get a full refund or get my money back.- link247

Is there anyone in Canada (if anyone living here reading this) who has managed to find a Red Zen Micro at a retail store. I went and got mine at Future Shop with an extended warrenty. All they got was silver, and in my opinion, it's quite boring. I want to try and get the Red, but no where in...- link247
