    DX200=Affordable High End Audio. Dual ES9028Pro dacs. AMP1, AMP3, AMP5, AMP7 & AMP8 ***Firmware support now up for AMP9***

    The DX200 conducts heat very well, i place it on my macbook or on my metal foot stand at work while burning in at 100% volume and the unit is cool to touch (it's playinh DSF files) This 2kg stand looks very good though!

    All the titanium posts...am super envy although local dealer in Hong Kong might still have stock I won't take the bite. I recently bought the HD 660s and try them with amp 8 and they sound good, there is a difference playing them with my Oppo 105d using the 6.1 cable but I can't tell if one is...

    Speaking about battery, has anyone replace the battery on their own? Is it soldered or can it be done as DIY for electrical dummy like myself?

    Rhapsodio thread

    Just want to say hi to all the Rhapsodio fans here. I have been using the Galaxy V2 with RDS Silver MK3 for almost a year and I love the combo. My DAP was Onkyo CMX1 and now I am using Ibasso DX200 with AMP8. My previous IEM was Westone W40 and I am glad I made the plunge for the Galaxy! I...

    I noticed if you place the player on a metal block (such as on my Macbook), it dissipates heat much better. I left it running overnight it's cool to touch in the morning compare to if I put in on wooden table.

    I am using Rhapsodio Galaxy v2 as my IEM. One thing I also felt is that the AMP8 has better control on the bass probably due to the higher damping factor. Wish I can accelerate the burn-in process though!!

    I picked up an AMP4 today (fully run-in) and compare briefly to my AMP 8 which had burn-in for 24 hrs with pink/white noise. I can understand why people like the AMP4 so much. To me, it sounds more musical and more coherent. The AMP8 on the other hand is more precise more clinical, the bass is...
