Official Ipod Video / Classic 5g+5.5g+6g+6.5g+7g SSD Mod thread
Hi, where did you bought the batter with the back cover? Could you please give me a link to a seller that sends worldwide? I'm italian. I tried on super-ipod.com but after a week the product is still on "Processing" status... Then I tried on ebay, at the seller canamyfly2013, I asked a...- LanzoThunder

XDuoo X3 DSD 24Bit / 192KHz CS4398 Chip Lossless Music Player
I'll try that! Yes, I knew that. I personally opened the dap and seen its capacity (2000mAh). But I'm here not to complain that, I'm here to understand why, on rockbox, when I skip a lot of songs, the battery drain is worse than the stock FW.- LanzoThunder

Ah that makes sense now. Well I don't know how to bench it properly, I mean I could leave it playing but I won't now exactly how much time will it take to fully discharge, but I think will be almost the same as rockbox.- LanzoThunder

The only thing I hate about original FW is the update of the library bug. As I said, when I do the update of the lib, it suddenly stops, not including all my songs in "All Songs" and that's a problem for me, cause I shuffle a lot. If anyone could help, I'd be very grateful!- LanzoThunder

Well I'm going to post the bench when it'll be ready, so maybe, who wants, can work on it. I'll try to find a solution too, maybe recompiling and reconfiguring from the source, but I repeat, I'm not a programmer at all, I'm just a guy who wants a nice rockbox port with decent battery life...- LanzoThunder

The AK would be my dream ahahah! Yes, a good sound as long as you have a good pair of headphones. I have a pair of cheap xiaomi that sounds almost good but started wanting something more. I ordered a pair of Piston3 but they have to arrive yet. Any advice on a good pair of cheap in-ear or...- LanzoThunder

Quote: Yeah, just some people here had the battery drain issue and I don't know why at all. Maybe because people listen to their songs in different ways, i.e. I skip a lot of songs and this drains the battery very fast. I have my x3 since two weeks, I can't choose another one too much...- LanzoThunder

Yeah, for sure it'll be a software problem, in fact I sent a pm to XVortex telling him that I'll provide him a battery bench to fix the problem but still no response... Plus I found on the net how to modify some source file to have a more accurate battery calibration, but I'm not good ad all in...- LanzoThunder

I think so. The only time I had the same error was everytime I tried to did things (starting playing music, browsing into foders or settings) before the processor icon was completely gone. So I think you have to leave it for some second, the time that the icon go away, and then you can...- LanzoThunder

I think the lag in the navigation exist because you have a lot of songs maybe? 'Cause it happens sometimes to me too (I have about 23k songs), but nothing tragic, I have just to wait some more seconds, then it goes. Maybe it takes more time beacause it has to build the dynamic playlist? Anyway...- LanzoThunder
