Forget to add in.. the left side sits in flushed with my ears, but the right side pops out quite a bit.. Since the seal for my right ear is perfect, I guess I will just live with it.. just in case they screw it up AGAIN...

Just got back my ES3X yesterday after a remolding. The channel imbalance is gone, but the left seal is not as perfect as the right., which needs adjusting from time to time.. again.. Right side is very comfortable and the seal is perfect! No more micro bubbles in the moldings, however...

I agree with music_4321 on the sound imbalance thingy, but did not have the chance to try the mono sound as I've sent back my IEM. My serial no. is 0129, hopefully the four of us are having isolated issues..
