I don't really like the coiled cable is it possible to replace it with another type of cable? or do you have any alternatives

My shure SE215's cable broke, replacement cables cost $40-$50 on headroom because they deliver to Canada jr and bhphotovideo don't, I can't find any retailers that sell replacement shure parts in canada. Should I buy new iem's instead, in the $100 range should be durable with a good waranty?

I need help choosing a pair of over over ear headphones I'm gonna be using them for movies with my av receiver and htpc whichever one can simulate surround sound better. My budget is max $150 I would like if it's possible with my budget to have one with a detatchable cable
