Dear FiiO, Will there be an updated version of FH9 anytime soon? Or a successor? Is there any info you can share?

Hi @nibe90 Have you had the chance to compare A5000 to A4000? Can you tell us your impressions?

I would love to see a graph comparison between A4000 and A5000. Has anyone measured it?

If someone doesn't have the money to buy the FH9 but want something similar I can highly recommend the FiiO JD7. JD7 has a bit more bass, and a bit less clarity / technicality, but all in all the tonality is very similar. I would pick the JD7 over the IE600 any time which is almost 10 times more...

I tried a lot of combinations, my preferred one is SpinFit W1 tips with balanced black filter. I tried the green filter a lot of times, but it does something strange with the sound which I cannot really explain in words, makes it sound a bit unnatural. I think FH9 was really meant to be used...

Agreed, not sure how SA6 MK2 would sound without usual pinna gain from 1k to 3k, I never seen something like this, that's why it tickles my curiosity :) The other thing that worries me is the scooped out mid bass. Most companies does this to overcome the "bleeding into the mids" problem. Mid...

The new SA6 MK2 graph looks very interesting.. never seen such flat response in the mids region. Anyone has any experience with the SA6 line (OG SA6, SA6 ultra), maybe comparison to FH9? :)

In an attempt to derail the conversation from the "cable" thing, I have 2 questions: 1. Anyone heard Oracle MK2? Would be very interested in a comparison. 2. Any rumors on successor of FH9? FH9S maybe, FH11... ? (ain't no rest for the wicked :))

So here is my detailed comparison of FH9 and IE600. (sorry for long post) First of all some non-sound related stuff: I heard many complaints about the stock tips of IE 600, for me the stock medium tips are perfect and it provides so good isolation it is almost on the level of my etymotic er2xr...

I couldn't help, I got the upgrade itch and bought a pair of Sennheiser IE 600 so I was able to compare with my FH9. :) My initial impression is that the IE 600 has very unique tuning so it definitely stays in my collection, but compared to FH9... FH9 is way-way better in almost everything...

Can someone please compare FH9 with Sennheiser IE 600?

Dear FiiO I probably switched back and forth between the different sound filters for FH9 too many times, and the little black rubber ring was torn apart on one of my balanced filters. Can I buy a new set of filters somehow, I would happily pay for it, I just can't find it anywhere on aliexpress...

Any news on FiiO M15S? :)
