if you want just a regular earbud for running, i'd recommend something like this: http://panasonic.ca/english/accessor...ve/RPHV288.asp its cheap, and water-resistant, so you could run in the rain no problem. the sound quality isnt the greatest, but it's not bad. much better than the...- kold
