Aune supports micro SD cards up to 256 GB. ExFat support is here from fw 1.02. Be careful when choosing an appropriate SD card. Some users, including me, have reported problems with some brands.

Aune confirmed in one of the previous post that the number of characters in the file path is limited to 80.    e.g.   hires/album_A/song_A.flac   -   is OK ()  ~26chars   number of folders is limited to more than 8000

@SofaSamuraiX Try xrecode3 software (google it). Or use the EAC to rip wav files and then xrecode to flac and cue files.

Check if LO (line out) is OFF in the settings. Near the SD card slot is a small hole for hardware reset. Use a paper clip and reset the player.
