Dude, if you put aptx on your developer option (and this is the only way to manually change things on android) and hear a sound it's working. If you put aac, connection reset, you can hear your music, it's working. If you put LDAC, connection reset and it just doesn't work. If it doesn't work...

I poorly worded my opinion. I think the BT chip is poorly implemented. FiiO Q5 has the same one and it's working flawlessly. I think the wifi chip is bad, as it's always the case with cheap chinese electronic devices (smartphones for example).. + poorly implemented.

Ok I didn't know it was the normal behaviour. Sounds fine to me. Hiby R3 is getting the LDAC certification for both sending and receiving audio signal, as @Joe Bloggs stated in the Hiby R3 thread. What prevents you from trying to get the LDAC certification for receiving audio signal?

Aptx codec is only supported for sending signal (from R3 to headset), it doesn't work the other way (from smartphone to R3).

@Joe Bloggs One thing is really annoying, the clock time that keeps resetting to Beijing Time. Every time you connect to WiFi it resets ...... Also the loading time of the cover art is really long ... I've got a Samsung Class 10 UHS-I U3. Could it be optimized in the next patch ?
