Well, the DC05 went back today. Worked for around a week before becoming very intermittent, would keep refusing to connect with some odd light behaviour, worse on Android but happened with Mac OS as well. Flashing new firmware did not fix. A shame.

The clamp is definitely on the light side, bordering on being a negative for them, and this comes from a glasses wearer with not what one would describe as a petite head. Perhaps some QC around that area? I really struggle to imagine anyone would find it clamps too hard.

I love the X65s flat, EQ only enhances for me, rather than specifically corrects.

Do you have any recommendations on the EQ? I mean I am 50 or so hours in at this stage and even flat I'm hugely impressed by them, but these comments about things improving significantly with well placed eq'ing has certainly got me interested in experimenting.
