I knew the would be sent to Westone. Sorry if I did not make it clear. The audiologist said would take 1-2 weeks to get back. They do still guarantee the fit however.

I just made an appointment with a local audiologist. It is a 15 min appt and the cost for the impressions and the earpieces is $150. They are on Westones list and they say they Guarantee the fit. I thought it was better doing that than getting someone to do the molds then sending to Westone...

Fedex just left and they are in my ears. WOW. I have UM'2s and they are great. The 3's are really amazing. I am not good at all the technical stuff, like some of you but I am very very impressed. I have called to get an appointment for the UM56's this week. The med comply tips work best for me...

From my personal perspective, I would get the UM1's. I have the UE3's and have UM2's. I know UM2's are far more than the 1's but from my comparison there is not comparison. And by the way, my Westone 3's get here tomorrow!!! WOW!

This is going to sound like a spoiled child question and I am sorry. I am asking more out of curiosity. On the other currently running Weston thread on headfi some people got their 3's on Friday. They seem to come from a particular dealer. Is that dealer in violation of the release agreement...

I got Tuesday as a delivery date because Flavio has posted that we may have gotten an early notice of shipment. They will be shipped on Friday. I paid for two day fedx and that would mean a Tuesday delivery. I feel like a kid who cannot wait for Christmas morning!

I can not wait until Tuesday when mine are supposed to get here!

Does anyone have the UM56 custom inserts for their UM1 of 2's. How do they feel and do you think they are worth it overall? I own a pair of UM2's and have a pair of 3's coming. Just wanted to know if they were worth the money.
