I tried to put Comply 500s on my new iSine 10s - no chance.  But the new Comply 600s work fine.  I chose the Comfort TS-600s because the tips are a hair wider than the Isolation T-series and fit may huge ear canals better.

Have you tried the foam Comply tips that come the the 700s? They may make the 700s or Westone 3s more bearable for you to wear.
