Small update: After posting on Logitech's Facebook wall and DM-ing them my case number, a customer service manager contacted me to begin a refund process. I would recommend calling, getting a case number, and then going to Facebook to resolve any issues with them.

Small update on this: My 6-month old, still under warranty UE 900s stopped working. I called logitech and they told me they stopped servicing these IEMs. Even though the product is still under warranty, they will not fix them or give me a refund.

Just a warning about these: Logitech and Ultimate Ears have stopped servicing the UE 900s. They will not even service those headphones that are still under warranty. If you buy these, there is no way to get them fixed, even if they break immediately. Logitech refused to repair or refund me...

Though I do love the comply foam tips, I have actually found that I enjoy the stock foam shure tips much better. I feel that they are a more high density foam which helps them to stay in your ear without feeling hot.

Does anyone know if either of these cables are more manageable than the stock AH-D2000 cable? That's really the only thing keeping me from buying a pair is that I feel like I couldn't carry the cable to transport the cans anywhere.
