Hey guys I'm currently using my HD650s with a Magni/Modi stack and am considering upgrading the magni to either an Asgard 2 or Valhalla. Will either be a significant upgrade from my magni?

This is probably a dumb question, but exactly what cables do I need for these?   I recently ordered my Magni/Modi stack along with a pair of HD650s. Are these the right cables that I need?  ...

Does somebody have the measurements of the earcups? My ears are a little under 7cm long and was wondering if these would completely cover my ears.   (I believe it's been posted in this thread already, but I'm not going to read through 117 pages again.:P)
