The New HIBY R3 II is here. 4.4MM Jack; Improved Sound and Bluetooth.

@Joe Bloggs, HiBy, Can you fix R3 II's Bluetooth problem? It does not play back "higher" resolution files at all when playing over Bluetooth. The "higher" resolution files are files higher than 44.1khz 16bit. This renders it useless for my use case. This is also the first time I see a device...

HiBy R3 II--new and improved: physical volume knob, 4.4mm balanced out, increased power

@Joe Bloggs, Why no one from Hiby is monitoring this thread? I had great experience from Hiby before but this time it really annoys me. Chinese new year is coming soon, this means it will not be corrected in a few months. I am thinking of sending it for repair until they fix it.

I have exactly the same problem. It does not play high bit rate files over bluetooth. Very annoying and render it useless. I have a very low end M0 player and it has no such problem at all. M0 with its limited size and space can deal with high bitrate files, I do not understand how Hiby cannot...

What source did you use to test tube mini?

Woo Audio TUBE mini Balanced Headphone Amplifier/DAC

I believe the tubes might be interchangeable. There are screws located around the casing that you might need to remove. In order to replace the tubes, you may need to carefully detach them by desoldering, and then solder the new tubes into place. I have not tried though. :)

Woo Audio TUBE mini Balanced Headphone Amplifier/DAC

I just got it this evening and noticed that the resolution is significantly superior to that of the Hugo 2! This is totally unexpected. It is still too early to draw conclusion but sounds very good. Pairing it with the Focal Stellia eliminates any excess mid-bass bloating, resulting in a highly...

    HiBy R6 2020 User Impressions

It is very strange. If I use USB out to Mojo, it plays at 192khz!

    iBasso DX300 Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Octa-core 6GB RAM ******NEW Firmware 2.00 Android 11******

I can confirm the battery drain issue is fixed. It consumed 1% over night so it is good. IBasso, can I ask for a feature allowing the device to shut down automatically after inactive for a certain time? It can save battery when fall into sleep while listening to it.

For those of us with multiple headphones, which ones are you listening with now?

Even though I have many great headphones, I still go back to HD650 from time to time. It is so relaxing, no stress listening experience with good DAC & AMP. I am using WA7 3rd Gen and it sounds so good with balanced out.

Shanling M0 Pro - Ultra-Portable Hi-Fi Player, Now With Balanced Output!

If Shanling can allow wheel to act like Apple Watch's crown for scrolling, that will be wonderful.

Shanling M0 Pro - Ultra-Portable Hi-Fi Player, Now With Balanced Output!

Yeah, I thought RCA has two separate input so balanced to RCA should be fine but.. I just tested it with C9 with balanced Line Out from M0 Pro and it works fine without distortion. It actually sounds very good with Stellia.

Shanling M0 Pro - Ultra-Portable Hi-Fi Player, Now With Balanced Output!

So, I guess my WA7 RCA input is single ended? That explains! Fortunately, nothing is damaged because the clipping is so unbearable, after a few minutes I disconnected them. I will try C9 later and see if it improves. I also tried Little Bear B4-X to Stellia last night and after a while I forgot...

Are you using Balanced Line Out? I found when I use balanced line out, M0 Pro gets warm. When using single ended line out, there is no distortion.
