The Meizu M6 Miniplayer is AWESOME! GET ONE!!!

The Meizu M6 Miniplayer is AWESOME! GET ONE!!!

I would really not consider the Meizu a portable player for audiophiles with sensitive headphones. Please see my opinion in this thread: http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=201963

    Meizu M6 Mini Player anyone?

I posted my opinion in the wrong forum (see link below). To me, the Meizu is way too noisy (i use it with shure e500 but without an amp). There is a constant noise from zero volume and up, and I need to raise the volume quite high before not noticing the noise anymore. I compare it to my iAudio...

Before Head-Fi I was a BASSHEAD, were you?

I was into the sony fontopia (ex-71 or whatever) before i was a head-fi member. The cords broke due to extensive listening so I've had about 4-5 of those. I bought Koss the plug once but threw them away the same day they arrived =) I'm using my computer for composing music and was looking for...

    Meizu M6 - Terrible?

Sorry! I guess this thread should be in the Portable forum.

Which tips with your E500's? POLL

I am under the impression that the flanges soften up a little bit after some time. I've used bi-flanges for about one year with e5c, with a little pain in the beginning but later on without any problem at all. Now i have a new set of bi-flanges on the e500, and it starts to pain a little even...

    Meizu M6 - Terrible?

(Excuse me for any bad terminology or language. I'm a newbie and all opinions are welcome.) Yesterday, after one weeks waiting and anticipation, I got my Meizu m6 from Hong Kong. Until now I have used iAudio M3 for maybe 1,5 years. Both are used together with Shure e500. The menus...

    E5C destroyed?

I'm thinking about trying to fix them some way. Maybe it's enough just sticking something foamy into the tube instead of the "filter" (without filter they are useless). I got the impression that the "filter" was only a very light foam, or is the construction more delicate than this? I might...

    E5C destroyed?

Thanks for your help. It seems to cost about $150 incl freight, if it's even possible to repair.

    E5C destroyed?

No, i don't see any way to open up the E5C.

    E5C destroyed?

I think i have ruined a pair of Shure e5c due to earwax and me being clumsy. Is there any way to replace the white filter inside the tube, or to send somewhere for repair? I have the E500's now, but I don't just want to throw the E5C's away if it's possible to repair.

I Think I'm going to Sell Everything...

Thanks for sharing. I am using my E500 close to eight hours a day, but I prefer and enjoy coming home to my HD-650 after work. The soundstage.. air.. pressure. Cans are better for me, in comparison to E500, even though the latter are great! My setup at home is probably quite bad so I guess...

    Best IEM

My english is quite bad and i'm not familiar with all detailes you mention.. but i'll try to look into it. I don't understand the second step about "Koss plug insert to their foam plugs". Are you talking about a plastic part in the center of the foam? (I'm not quite familiar with Koss the...
