Thabks, man. I have a pair of xb950bt and used to oen the mdr1a. The 950bt is crazy bulky, but the mdr1a is not. Thats why i wanted a comparison between two extremes.

how thick are the xl pads? i mean do they make the headphones look bulky? how thick are they in comparison to the sony mdr1a or the xb950bt's pads? thanks!

thanks, guys! I just bought a pair and I LOVE IT! I love the sound, I love the look, and I love how compact it can be.  the only thing I don't like is the strong clamping force.  I had a pair of Sony mdr 1a, and the sony was much more comfortable.  I think they can make the cans a little more...

How do these compare to the beats pro? Price isnt a factor for me. I find the beats pros extremely uncomfortable to wear. Due to the all metal construction, the clamping force is too strong.

I think it's because of the plastic hinge rubbing against the metal head band.  you could probably fix the sound by adding some oil in there, but I didnt want to bother...especially with a new product. I would have kept my 1a outright if not for the creak.   oh and mine was the right side...

how do these compare to the momentum 2 or v-moda m100? i'm thinking about buying either one.

does anyone have a problem with their headphone making creaking sounds when the cans are adjusted?

is there a mod i can do to decrease the size of the cushions? or maybe there are less bulky cushions that i can buy as a replacement.

Are they less bulky looking when you wear it? The only issue i have with the 950 is that they look ugly as hell when i wear them. It looks super stylish if u take it off, but when i actually use it, it looks odd. I have a round face, and i guess the 950 sticks out too much. Not to mention that...
