Well this sucks! I obviously found this thread because my E50 is having the same problem at work. Work PC is a brand new basic bitch HP and there's nothing weird about setup just Tidal app and E50 exclusive mode. Firmware is up to date etc. Its super annoying since its the only MQA DAC I own...

As alternatives to Volumio or for using Plexamp? I don't use the Volumio app to play music just tidal/spotify connect or foobar from pc via upnp which is nice. I'm still hoping Plex drops a new RPI OS I would be so happy

I must admit I got cold feet on Jot2 for A90 for this and low gain. I wish I had tried the Jot2... I use Hart audio cables with interconnects so I can leave one balanced cable plugged in and swap headphones or unplug if I want to use SE output. its more convenient than unplugging at amp but...
