I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but would it be worth the upgrade from a Denon D7000 to this?

I think you'll like the Nad HP50's although you might find the bass lacking. They are however incredibly neutral and hardly leak any sound. 

Has anyone actually managed to fit other earpads on these headphones? like the HM5 ones for example.
