After a few months my PK3 stopped working. I tired to install a new plug myself, but only lasted for another couple of months. Is there anywhere I can send them to rewire them completely? Thanks.

I got my first pair of PK3s about 5 months ago, and like clockwork they broke. I thought I broke the trend of one headphone goign out, but it seems that its inherent in the design, to be fair I wasn't paritcularly gentle with them, but you know, nothing out of the ordinanry that other headphones...

the headband... the top part of it presses directly on my head. also , the way it snaps back into place when you take it off your head. i was thinking of putting some tape between the big plastic part in the middle, and the extending metal sides, locking into place.

it actually took 8 days not 12.. woohoo.. are there any mods that can be done to make them more comfy?

I see lots of gadgets that stream stuff from your comp to your stereo system. But I can't seem to find a standalone that has an HD in it. or something an exteranl HD can be connected to.

Do you think that monitors are too unforgiving with bad quality source. I mostly listen to rock,and I will use EMU 0404 as source. Most of my mp3s are either 192kbps or VBR200 kbps. So far Event TR25 looks like the best speaker for me. Any other suggestions?
