Got the Spiral Dot++ and really satisfied with them. The only thing I dislike about the XM4 is the call quality. It is sub-par honestly. People hear me better on my Jabra 75t which are almost 2 years old now. Hope they'll fix that with an update cause it's disappointing.

Same here. Only happens with LDAC. It's like ANC is pausing for 1 sec then back for 5 seconds.

Sorry for the late reply, I first looked at the frequency response of the XM4 and made a custom EQ reducing the bass a bit a bringing out the highs.

I personally use Wavelet, available on the play store, to EQ and boost the maximum volume of the buds which is indeed quite low compared to some other brands. Basically, set a limiter with 100ms attack, 1ms release as you don't want it to do anything. - 1db threshold, 1.0:1 ratio then tweak the...

Just got the XM4s and noticed an issue that nobody talked about. It seems like the high frequencies are less loud when at max volume. I don't know how to explain this but it's mostly noticeable on Electronic music. They seem like fading out at max volume and when I go back to normal volume...
