Dekoni x Hifiman Cobalt
This looks a lot like the Drop + Hifiman HE-R7DX, but with new pads and a headband from the Edition XS or HE-R9DX. Maybe you could do a comparison to those, as I wouldn't be surprised if they used the same driver given that they look so similar and are both closed back Hifimans with dynamic...- JellEBytes

JM Audio Editions XTC Headphones
Woah, those look very different from the pictures on the store and the ones I received. Specifically, it looks like the metal mesh under the flower pattern was removed and a less dense foam was installed between the housing and the driver. Now you can directly see the driver. It seems that some...- JellEBytes

Focal Elegia burn in time

Help me find a DAC and amp for HD800S
I second this. There's no harm in trying to EQ first; it's free (if you use software EQ) and you can always try tube amps afterwards if EQ'ing didn't work. I would also recommend starting with some EQ profiles that have already been posted online as a jumping off point.- JellEBytes

It's funny, I've become desensitized to buying expensive headphones. I recently bought a $1000 robot vacuum to upgrade my old one, and I felt it more in the wallet than any of my headphone purchases in the same price category.- JellEBytes

New Member Introductions thread
Hi, I'm Jelly. I've been into audiophile headphones for about a year now. I made an account so I can give impressions on and talk about all of the headphones that I already have spent too much money on.- JellEBytes
