best integrated amp under $400 for 2.1
thanks for the suggestions.. ive found a NAD amp on craigslist for a good price but before i commit do you guys think an integrated amp is a better way to go than a receiver? i need to hook up a tv, ps3, and computer to this. but i dont plan on expanding to surround sound also, are there... -

any thoughts? dont need anything fancy, just something that both look and sound nice i'd prefer a tube since i like the look more.. is there anything worth it in this price range? or is my budget too low to get anything decent? should i get a receiver instead even if i'll never go 5.1 or use...- jayeph

yes i've tried my ipod and also an old cdp, i'm pretty positive it's the amp as the hum is still there w/ any source and yes, the d10 is connected to my comp i bought it used... and the hum was always there, but the seller warned me about it.. just didn't know it'd be this audible could...- jayeph

i have a little dot mk4 w/ stock tubes which has a very audible humming sound with any of my headphones... from my low impedance grado's to my high impedance beyers is this normal? or does this sound like a problem i should take care of? it hums with no music, and at the same volume no...- jayeph

Just moved out... need help w/ bedroom audio.. Polk or no?
Hey guys, I just moved out of my parent's house into a 2 bedroom that I'm sharing with a friend. My room is approximately 12x11 feet. I don't want my setup in the living room because if people are over, I don't want them messing with anything.. just seems safer in my bedroom. I'm pretty OCD...- jayeph
