I personally like the old fh9 better than FX15, I think you can get a very good price for a used fh9, or maybe a used QDC tiger, a bit more than your budget. I used to own these 3 IEMs, but sold them all eventually lol.

Used um mest mk2, price is good, and Bone Conduction Unit really helps the bass. I personally use ddhifi nyx pro cable to enchance the stage and bass cohesiveness.

Dude we almost share the same usage scenario, I recently got an Xduoo XD05 pro, which perfectly suites my needs. It is fun to play with xd05 pro, where you can change dac card, and Op-Amp to adjust the sound. I personally like muse02 + rohm dac card.

Pure amp doesn't have bluetooth, you may need a bluetooth DAP. While I haven't seen any DAP comes with 6.35, you may still need a 6.35 to 3.5 adapter.
