Anything better than Hugo2 under $2000?
Hugo 2 is as good as any to my ears. Superb quality and sound. Anything more expensive would see diminishing returns in my opinion.- jamespitt

DX200=Affordable High End Audio. Dual ES9028Pro dacs. AMP1, AMP3, AMP5, AMP7 & AMP8 ***Firmware support now up for AMP9***
It would be nice if iBasso offered to cover the cost of the return postage to China for these faulty products, Paul. You informed me that I would need to cover the airmail postage from UK to China - this would clearly be at my risk and my cost, and all for the pleasure of a third replacement...- jamespitt

Same issue for me. I had my first unit replaced because of the phantom swipe issue, the new one has been fine for a couple of months and now it is going mad to the point of being unusable. Songs randomly pause, menus randomly jump etc. Have tried everything to resolve the issue -...- jamespitt

You are incorrect - it has nothing to do with your hands or screen protector. I'm not sure why you would choose to comment on this issue if you haven't experienced it yourself.- jamespitt

I have only tried FLAC files. It pauses. You have to press playi to get it to start again. Can happen about 5 times during a 3 minute long song- jamespitt

Paul - please look into why the music will sometimes pause in the middle of a song without any buttons or the screen being touched. This happens in Mango. Thanks James- jamespitt

Mine came from AMP3 in the UK.. Waiting to have it replaced at the end of this week once more stock arrives. It was also unable to format my sandisk card, which I ended up doing on my smartphone instead. I originally arranged the return because the amp module didn't sit flush to the unit, but...- jamespitt

Paul - iBasso I have a new issue with my DX200. Please see video in link below. The android OS has a mind of its own and will jump around the menu without me touching the screen or buttons. https://youtu.be/SXNoBG9EQao I know my unit is already due to be returned for a different fault, but I...- jamespitt

What is the general consensus on gain level, please? I am using Westone W30, Oppo PM-3 and Focal Elear headphones in balanced mode with the DX200 and both low and high gain will achieve adequate volume ranges (obviously low gain is turned up slightly higher on the volume control). I feel as...- jamespitt

I have tried with purely digital 24 bit tracks too and still find I get the popping sound - so as you suggest, it's nothing to do with vinyl rips. Perhaps @Paul - iBasso can advise as to whether this is a common problem!?- jamespitt

I'm also experiencing this issue with certain 24 bit songs. I think it might be due to the fact that some are vinyl rips. Do the pops happen at the same time on each song? Have you ripped the tunes yourself? My dx200 is going to be replaced due to another issue, so will see if this issue is...- jamespitt

Dear @Paul - iBasso I have just received a new DX200 from Advanced MP3 Players (AMP3) in UK. I notice that the amp module isn't a perfect fit and projects somewhat from the rest of the unit. Is this normal? I have taken a photo of this, however I am not allowed to post photos on...- jamespitt
