BS! If they have units to sell they have units to ship. How much time money and effort did they piss away to develop these new models? Not once has Smyth made an announcement that they are broke and need to sell unit's in order to ship units. That is just crud made up by people on this thread...

If they do open the Realizer site it will be interesting to see if this thread dies as those that are connected and privledged but have access to information move there and the people that don't have their units are left here.

They also said some time ago that they would use the Exchange site to make announcements and comunicate with the community. I guess if they haven't shipped you an A-16 they don't want you to know what is going on. At least they are consistent.

So they are taking about a month for each unit they are upgrading? I hope they begin shipping new build units in the new year. But since the "professionals" are more important than the kickstart and preorder people we can be sure that the "pros" will get theirs before the people that have been...

I'm in the industry and for the life of me I can't think of a single device that takes a DB25. The most likely use would be to go to a patch bay but those don't use DB25s. And yup I am pissed that they have every thing else in the world to work on other that sending units to the people whos...

I would be more inclined to agree if they didn't tell us years ago that we had to pay up in advance because they were ordering all of the needed hardware at that time and then doubled down on the lie by telling us ALL of the needed parts had arrived and were already assembled and ready to ship...

I tried the same thing a few months ago and got no response.

If you have a working A-16 you should not be ahead of people that have nothing. Upgrades can wait until all the orders have shiped. It isn't like all existing A-16s just suddenly stopped working.
