Okay i decided which standalone headphones I am going to get for using with my PS4. Its between the Sennheiser HD598s or the AKG Q701s I would like some different opinions on these two and which one you guys recommend for mainly using it as audio for my PS4. I will end up getting something like...

I mainly use my PS4 for gaming and want a pair of surround sound headphones. But my dilemma is wither i should go with a pair of standalone headphones and then a clip on mic, or a pair of all in one gaming headphones? What do you guys think will be a better option

Not to get involved in what you guys are talking about. But that is not really acknowledging me about either of the headphones. For my music genres stated in the beginning, what would work better? The hd 598 or the k550s? From what I have read they both seem to be what people say "lacking" in...

So between the HD650s and the kg550 the kgs are better for my music genre correct? Since you said doubt you want to get started with the 650 route.

So you guys think the 598s sound better? I've read a lot of reviews saying the AKGs sound better. If someone could clarify this for me I would greatly appreciate it. I cant make a decision between the two.
