is there a simpler step than what i am currently doing? flac -> wav wav -> mp3 (for vision:m) is there a foobar plugin or program available that would allow me to go directly from flac to mp3, or is this the course of action i should be taking?

I've always heard level 5 or 6. i believe 6 is default the first time you run the frontend. question: when using the flac frontend, i noticed that having replay gain enabled greatly reduces the volume and sometimes the quality of the encoded file, is there any benefit to having this turned on?

sorry to revive an older topic, but from searching throughout forums, the other topics involving the blu-tak mod have had pictures removed and the text that accompanies the pics isn't too great in the lines of instructions. so if anyone still has pics or information on how to correctly do this...

no suggestions at all? i come on these forums and one week everyone and their brother loves the a900s and then the next week everyone says they're a waste of money, i'm just looking for any suggestions for decent cans under $200, because frankly i don't want to be the latter
