Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread
Is there any advantage to using a LPS for the CH2 if using in the main rig. I currently use the H2 as a DAC between an Auralic Aries Mini (with own LPS and iFi USB3) and a McIntosh MA8000. It sounds great but as ever there is that itch to improve things. I have to confess I do not understand...- Huwge

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread
I have a 0,5m SPDIF cable that functions perfectly with my Mojo but that stutters with HR (>= 24/96) files on the Hugo2. Anyone else experiencing this? I have a short length SPDIF cable that works fine, was just hoping to add a longer length for some added flexibility with placing of source...- Huwge

Chord Electronics - Hugo 2 - The Official Thread
Have been playing around with Auralic Mini, Mac mini, MacBook Pro and main rig and have to say yes the H2 is better than H1 in all options. With JH Angie the bass is quite thunderous. I have used with SPIDF and optical. Ran v hot with Auralic, less so with Macs and broke very little sweat when...- Huwge

Big thank you to iFI who facilitated exchange of original Ione to ER version. Loving it, everything I wanted so I can just shut up now and enjoy the music.- Huwge

New TOL A&K DAP : the AK Ultima SP1000
Had a listen at High End with my own Angie 2 and Moon silver dragon. Painful experience. Too old to rob banks and stand any chance of getting away with it. Need to listen to 320 and Hugo at home with same tracks, but on basis of short listen it is jaw droppingly transparent and full of oomph. I...- Huwge

This was response from my dealer, so process does not yet appear to be clear: "hi, ifi have not told dealers what to do yet and who is paying for the returns and shipping the new units back out the original units are not faulty there is just a longer range version being made"- Huwge

There's nothing on your website about the exchange program, are the dealers in the loop? Will be really happy to get the extended range, but now will have a superfluous iPower. Probably makes sense to buy a Raspberry Pi now- Huwge

iFi Audio iOne official thread - There can be only one!
I have to say I am confused - I bought this because of the flexibility i thought this would bring my main system when there is no Mac hardwired to it - stream from iPhone or iPad and hear through speakers. If the streaming device has to be no more than1m fro streaming device then it approaches...- Huwge

iFi Audio iOne official thread - There can be only one!
Have to say I am very disappointed with limited BT range of iOne - with iPad Air and AK320 next to useless, whether streaming on board or from Tidal / Qobuz - perhaps to be expected with AK but not the iPad. Best performer is the iPhone 6s, and that when no more than 2m from front of iOne. Not...- Huwge

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Yes - just away from home at the moment, so can't confirm exact S/N. I had sent a query asking whether unit was faulty as no mention of auto shut off in manual, reply indicates that recent models have this functionality- Huwge

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
Based on correspondence with Chord, apparently new units (my serial no 4****) of Mojo now have an auto shut off. This is still not to be found in manual or any marketing material. With mine, this occurs after roughly 5 minutes of no activity.- Huwge
