I fixed my issue by disabling resampling.

My Aries Mini appears to have stopped working with Singxer F1 after the 9.3 update. The combo has worked flawlessly for many years before that. I can still see the F1 in the Lightning app but no music can be played through it. The F1 is still working fine with other streamers and computers.
