Reply to review by 'house groove' on item 'Fischer Audio DBA-02'

Re the tips issue: I couldn't get any of the tips to work well for me, not to mention that the ones that did work 'best' were the tri-flange, which would almost always get stuck in my ear, requiring tweezers to remove which isn't too safe when you think about it. After putting them in the drawer...

    Review: Fischer Audio's DBA-02

I've finally found the right tips for me, which are the tri flange which come with the DBA's... and I got hold of a lossless Muse album (FLAC), and my god.... They are not comparable to when I was using the olives with standard MP3's.   Those who are skeptical.. Take your time to find the...

    Review: Fischer Audio's DBA-02

Mine arrived yesterday, which I had on back order through Bugden. Before I read the last few pages of this thread, I was wondering what's going on with the bass issue. All is sorted now though after taking a few tips. Still burning them in, too.   The triple flange tips seem to go on and...

IEM's in the $150 range - Bit of warmth with good all-roundness??

Pretty set on the DBA02's... Only problem is that I don't know where to buy them from.   Has anyone had any experience with www.bugdenaudio.com? It's basically the only place I can find them for sale on...except for ebay which has one listing from some dude who clearly can't design a product...

I've been looking but cant find any specific information or photos of people wearing them.....but the Fischer Audio DBA-02's.... Is the cable an over-the-ear type that the Westone 3's are? I quite liked that for sports and really want it again..

IEM's in the $150 range - Bit of warmth with good all-roundness??

...So I bought a cheap pair of Sony earphones just for the time being while I do my research as I can't stand not having music on the bus. I have previously bought a pair of W3's (random money splurge) which I returned within a couple of weeks to earphonesolutions.com as they had a faulty/buzzy...

Firstly, I appologise if this has been covered before. I guess I'm trying to narrow it down a bit rather than leaving such an open ended thread...   I'm after some IEM's for general commuting use which will provide all round goodness but without lacking authority and warmth in the lower end...

    breaking news!

Damn... Poor kid... I don't want to sound like an e-warrior, but seriously, his mates left him and ran down the front of the bus? I guess they were only young.. Goes to show you should really never tell a random the value of what you're holding :-/

    Westone 3 Impressions Thread

Ahh, that's good to know. The thought did cross my mind, wondering if they'd fixed the problem, looking at the dates of the posts when people were complaining. At least I know that I'm in good hands if, god forbid, anything does go wrong. They arrived at work today. The one day that I...
