Hello, Just picked up my first IEM's the es3x the other day and what I noticed was plugged into the amp or ampless, when the source was on I could hear a noticable hiss. Is this a characteristic of IEM's or the es3x? How does one get rid of the hiss? The source is a iMod 5.5 80gb and amp'ed by...

There is a slight, but noticable hiss that you cannot hear all the time. The Japanese version is SHM-CD Super High Material CD and very expensive...is it worth the $50? I love this album and it has to be one of my all time favorites.

I have the original recording of this Pat Methany classic, but am not really impressed with the quality. Does anyone have the Japenese version. If so, how does the quality compare to the original?
