I have some h3's and although I haven't listened to them a ton I liked what I heard right off the bat. I was really bummed after reading the complaints on here and over at reddit. I think in going to go ahead and get these pads. I really like what I'm hearing from you guys. The thing is: I don't find the treble to be overly bright on the stock 770's. Will this sacrifice clarity?

I am really hoping I can make it to this ! I have some cheaper gear and have never heard anything over the $250 range.
