Never have any problem with my tomhawk. I actually turn the volume way down (less than 1/8) ever at gain 1 when I use it with ES530.

The shadow had a gain of 3, right? Is there any way to get it lower to 1? I am listening at 0 volume with my SE530, right.

I had heard hiss with my se530 in between music. Is it normal? I did not hared that with my tomhawk. Is it possible to lower the gain ever more? I general listen to low end of volumn.

I got my shadow and I am confuse. The manual mention aadaptor/charger terminated to a USB plug and can be charged from any computer but the charger is actual for normal power....Do I suppose to use noraml USB cable if I want to charge the battery from computer?
