I was wondering about how you guys store your headphones? I just leave them on my desk and was wondering if theres any risk of them attracting insects (ants, cicadas, etc)? Cheers- hawkeyeA

I'm running off a MacBook. Technically the "soudstage" and binaural aspects of the audio came through just fine. I'm merely complaining about the voice, tune and the constant repetition of the title of the song. (different taste i suppose). Cheers- hawkeyeA

No disrespect intended, but that tune "full moon in paris", sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me. :) Would the Eagle's "Hell Freezes Over", be a good bed to experience these headphones? Cheers- hawkeyeA

Could you guys recommend some songs/tunes which highlight some of the benchmarks for high end headphones? Things like separation, soundstage, etc?- hawkeyeA

Grado GH-1 Discussion
Apparently the dude who did the review for the GS2000e in the other thread, knows John Grado (who gave him early access to the GS2000e) and the number 1200 made an appearance. The GH-1 is my first(and only) Grado headphone and high end headphone at that. It sounds pretty damn good. While the...- hawkeyeA

Huge Comparison of [Almost] All Grado Headphones -- Post Your Own Comparisons Here (thanks, @giogio!)
I just noticed that according to your final analysis, there is a 26% difference between the GH-1 and GH-1/G. So the logical conclusion is that the G cushions make the headphone sound 50% better than in its stock form. Really? While i'm sure there is *some* improvement, i'm rather skeptical...- hawkeyeA

Been listening with my new GH-1s lately. I'm pretty new to this high end headphone thing, and was wondering if anyone can link to some audio/music which illustrates the "soundstage" of these headphones. I'm listening to my AAC music which is 256kbps through my Mac's headphone jack and im not...- hawkeyeA

Grado GH-1 Discussion
I've got a 7L and 7R in mine. (purchased about a week ago) Question: I had an RS2e briefly, and i notice that the GH-1 has a much fainter wood smell(almost not there) to it. Did you guys notice the difference when compared to the mahogany HPs? I also noticed some sort of red marks on the...- hawkeyeA

@stacker45: "...regular customers wouldn't put up with half of their shi%ty way of doing buisness." Could you elaborate? or is it because you don't have a total number of GH-1s? And what are your impressions of the GH1?- hawkeyeA

I'm new to the high-end headphone world. Dealing with 4OurEars was great; amazing customer service (i ordered my gh1 from b&h). What's your experience been? I read somewhere that they were expecting to produce ~1000 sets of headphones from that tree (for the GH-1 only?). Maybe someone...- hawkeyeA

Anyone have any thoughts on SR325e vs RS2e vs GH1? Or is it pretty much 325e<RS2e<GH1? Cheers- hawkeyeA
