that's actually a genius idea, I will have to try that out ty. I tried to use electrical tape but it wasn't tight enough and zip tie was too thick, heatshrink would probably work great. wish the nozzle had some grooves to grip the eartips better..

What eartips do you guys use? I've been using spinfit for about a year now while they fit nicely they have been falling out of the nozzle every few hours. What other aftermarket tips are there?

i carry it between work and home everyday and it's still very portable, I just have 2 sets of headbands so I only need to carry the drivers :ksc75smile:

Yeah I've tried them too, actually at the beginning I tried modding the old hooks by heating and bending them, the result was pretty close to the new hooks anyways the new ones are indeed much more comfortable, the only issue I have with them is that they don't stay secured in my ears too well...

Today marks my 365th day of owning the i4s, they are still absolutely my favorite, no other headphones have the combination of soundstage, deep tight bass, smooth vocals, portability, comfort, and yes I mean comfort initially when I went through and tried all the hooks, earlocks, none of them...

Interesting, I had crinkles with and without plugged in to anything, but regardless thanks to @KMann and the team I sent them back today for RMA and I'll see how it goes, can't wait to have them back :)
