HiFiMan Shangri-La Jr (New $8000 Electrostat)
Hi I must be the rare one i do own and like the dekoni lambskin ones. It is true that brain needs a couple of days to adapt, but I hear more 3D and detail. Would maybe try these ones. I often change between denoki and the originals, I have substituted the crappy plastic rings (I hate it) for...- hardpike

Ok more tube rolling Psavane mark 2 Incredible sounding, but it took around 100 hours to explode to glory. Also I needed to adjust bias... I wonder if any user has ever done it? I never did it before and was a bit intimidating but cool at the end Sound never have been better. GLORIOUS- hardpike

HiFiMan Shangri-La Jr (New $8000 Electrostat)
Yes, i had a bit of unbalance with the original tubes.playing with them the conclusion is that was one of the rears. Also the rears run really hot a glowing while fronts barely glow, so it seems to me rear have different function (more impact on sound) than fronts (I am sure someone that...- hardpike

I found RU7, that i still own, to be far superior (from memory) to RU6 that I did own a while ago. I also think that combines superbly with the R10D Listening Napoleon soundtrack right now!- hardpike

I have been checking the bluemini wired to the phone (dac mode wired) and it sounds sooo good... I just get a bit low volume even with the phone maxed and if i let tidal (i use tidal) take control, it crashes and the bluemini turns off. But if i dont "ok" it works and sound is very pleasant- hardpike
