Buyer's Remorse: Headphones and earphones you bought on impulse and regretted.
THESE: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005Y04T26/ref=wms_ohs_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Man were they uncomfortable. The sound was so metallic, even after 100+ hrs. of burn in. Thanks amazon for the return. O-the packaging was nice....but, who cares.- happy5930

HD650 uses HD580 drivers??
Honestly, I've had my 650's for five years now, and I find them to be veiled. I have a few serious audio setups at my house, and the precision/warmth combo just isn't there with the 650's. I will agree, they have great sound staging, but un-veiled they are not.- happy5930

Darkvoice 336 + 336i Tuberolling [ tubes ]
HE-4 + 336 = a money setup IMO. Make sure to pickup a sold DAC, and interconnects I use Yacco's. For 50$ they can't be beat. http://www.audioreview.com/cat/cables/interconnect-cables/yacco/whirly-wisp/prd_446064_5827crx.aspx- happy5930

Darkvoice 336 + 336i Tuberolling [ tubes ]
I agree on both fronts. I replace with NOS RCA's. Both tubes cost me under 100$, and the difference was night and day. I found the 336 to be winy, and gritty at first, but the tubes surely opened things up warmly.- happy5930

Why is it that consumers treat headphone displays so harshly?
If you've ever been to B&H in Manhattan you know how bad it can get. Imagine traffic similar to Costco and a 50+ unit headphone display with models ranging from 20$ sony cans to hd800's.- happy5930

Silver Darkvoice 336SE?
They make extremely similar amps. From what I have noticed. Not sure who profits. Both have special models with small variety. And yes, the colors are different. The chinese might be just ripping each other off.- happy5930
