Need some tips for getting a DAC/Amp for headphones :)
The O2 and ODAC is good for a starting DAC/AMP, but the Schiit Stack (Magni and Modi 2) is also a great alternative.- haimaki

PC build just for listening to music
You could just get a Hifiberry Digi+ and hook it to a DAC and AMP. Attach a NAS or a hard drive to the Digi+ and you can listen to music away from your desk and control it using your phone, tablet or laptop.- haimaki

Is the iBasso DX80 an Android based DAP?
The iBasso DX80 uses proprietary software, and probably isn't based off android anyway. Two other recommendations are the Pioneer XDP-100R and if you don't mind importing, the Onkyo DP-X1.- haimaki

Headphones purchased!! Now, it's onward to DAC and amps- Recommendations and suggestions appreciated
Depends on your preferred sound signature. Tube amps can slightly alter the sound of headphones making them sound more warm or just plain easier to listen to.- haimaki

Reccomendations for Headphones with Mids
Agree with above. If you use the Hifiman focus pads with the HE400S, you get a little bit of oomph in the sub-bass.- haimaki

Chord Mojo vs Ak70
The AK70 has a bit of hiss, and the lowest volume setting is too loud (at least for me, I listen pretty softly). The Mojo on the other hand has finer volume control and has less hiss than the AK70. Soundwise, I can't really offer any information on this as it has been too long since I...- haimaki

IEM and DAP recommendations to pair with Mojo (midfi)
Andromeda sounds amazing and very organic with the ZX2 but it hisses. QP1R apparently also hisses and I have no idea about the WM1A. However, all three DAPs are pretty amazing nevertheless.- haimaki

Yet another request for Headphone advice
The K240 and the Superlux are both semi-open so they won't isolate well. If you don't require a lot of isolation, the K240 is a pretty good headphone. Otherwise, the JVC HARX700 and the Panasonic RP-HTF600-S are good choices considering the genres of music you listen to. I don't know...- haimaki
