Indeed they are big from the pictures I saw but I put my faith on those smaller nozzles that they gonna do the trick for my small ears. I have a lot of eartips now to try, hopefully something will work. I guess they are going to hang outside of my ear but they are light shells so should be fine...

That's true, sadly. The only iem that I've managed to get a seal with OG Sancai was FA19 but they boosted the treble too much and I had to tip roll. I'll say though that for my small ears they are very comfortable buuut if you don't get the seal, no point, right? BTW, guys avoid like plague...
